Cookies policy
FixMyBags sets no cookies of its own: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party scripts that would set them. What the site keeps in your browser is in local storage, and only what it needs to work.
What is stored
| Key | Where | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
pe:consent | local storage | Remembers your answer to the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. | Until you clear it |
pe:files | local storage | The list of your case files: case id, target label, grade, date and the key that decrypts each sealed file. | Until you clear it |
Both are strictly necessary: without pe:files the app cannot show you your own sealed files, and nothing in either is sent to us. "Essential only" and "Accept" in the notice store the same two entries, as there is nothing optional to turn on.
Your wallet
When you connect a wallet extension to pay, the extension may keep its own record of the connection. That is stored by the extension, under its own policy, not by FixMyBags.
Clearing it
Clearing this site's data in your browser removes both entries. Copy the private links of your sealed files first: once pe:files is gone, a link is the only remaining key.
